So I have to admit, every time I book a group session I get anxiety. My stomach turns to knots at the thought of everything that could possibly go wrong with the session (I am a worrier by nature). But almost every time, I go away from the session feeling so happy and elated. I don't know why I worry so much. This time was no different. I was surrounded by a bunch of "tough" cowboys who were trying to be tough. Well, we broke them Ü ha ha This ended up being a wonderful session and I had so much fun with this family. I was really happy with the way it turned out. So here you go Ü
Notice the picture on the right...we even got in a little nose picking Ü ha ha
Mom and her daughters....
And a big thanks to Lana (top two pictures). She is the one who organized this whole thing, and booked the session with me. The session was a present for her mom Ü If I remember right, this was the family who had NEVER had family pictures. EVER. I'm glad I could capture these memories for them.
This shot was so funny. I thought we would do one with the boys just being serious. Afterward, one of them came up to me all excited and smiling and proclaimed to me "that was the FIRST time someone told me to NOT smile for a picture!" I guess he liked it Ü
And, of course, we couldn't leave out this little beauty.
